The makiwara model OSAKA has reached all the intended goals. It allows both the use of fists and kicks, using a single easel. The two groups: FISTS BOARD and KICKS BOARD “optional” are mounted separately. The fists board has a mechanism that allows you to vary the pushing force (30-60 kg), through a handle. The two groups can be positioned in height to the desired extent.
