This makiwara combines technology with tradition. It is made up of a board in ash wood, a cotton rope and a support with a device that allows you to vary the pushing force (approximately 20kg). You can choose between two types of boards (sp.22 force 45-65kg) and (sp 20 force of 30 -45 kg.)
The makiwara can be positioned in height to the desired extent, fixing it to the slots on the support. At the same support you can assemble the kicks board.
The elastic reaction can be changed
moving the support up or down
